FEES

Fees for architectural services are based on the extent of services required, the value of the building work to be carried out, and the complexity of the design brief. A free 1hr on-site consultation is available to assess site conditions and discuss design options. All services are based on a negotiated fee prior to work commencing. Typical service & fee packages are:

DESIGN & APPROVALS      3-5% of building cost

1 Sketch design
2 Development application
3 Construction certificate

FULL SERVICE      6-9% of building cost

1 Sketch design
2 Development application
3 Construction certificate
4 Detail design
5 Contract administration

Architectural services can also be carried out for an hourly rate of $90/hr + GST
